Sometimes you just want to do something extravagant. For your lover, for friends or family . . or simply just for yourself. And what better place than a ridiculously powerful, intense, calorie-rich, but delicious chocolate cake? I give you the recipe for the ultimate chocolate pie, in 10 easy steps. The recipe is originally from Martha Stewart, but I've slightly adjusted to my liking and Dutch products. It seems difficult, but it's definitely not. If you can bake muffins or brownies, you can do this. Indeed, if an oven, a blender and what you taste, you succeed in this. Absolutely. - A mixer / mixapparaat. I use a KitchenAid, but a food processor with blender blade may also, or just a hand mixer. You really need this, this will not work with a whisk. Step 1: Add the dry ingredients in a bowl: the cocoa powder, flour, baking powder and salt and spoon this while. I screen it in advance as always, to lumps in the flour and cocoa powder to prevent. Step 6: Add the last half of the powder mixture there. Mix everything well until you have a nice mix: little or no lumps, not too soft nor too hard. It looks like a brownie batter. Step 7: Butter now (spring) shape, I find a springform cake always convenient since you can get there the easiest. Grease done with soft butter, melted prefer not to, sometimes you get oily bubbles on the sides of your cake. Cooking spray can!. Step 8: Fill the buttered mold with the mixture and bake 35 minutes at 180 degrees (convection oven). Every oven is different, so keep your eye on a little cake: sometimes he bit longer. With a toothpick, you can check if he's cooked. That should be (almost) come out dry in the middle of the cake. Step 9: Let the cake cool completely, and make the ganache. You do that by the cream to heat to a simmer (do you see bubbles, you stop him). You pour it over the chocolate, the finer it is, the faster it melts. You can buy special chocolate chips, but a strip of very fine grating or chopping can. Gives you the cream and stir it well until the sauce is a. Step 10: Put the pie on a rack and put it back on a plate or piece of waxed paper, so you do not waste ganache. Pour the ganache over it and spread with a palette knife (the easiest) or a spoon or knife. If it is nicely divided and the sides also covered with ganache. Leave it for half an hour your kitchen sink 'harden', then the refrigerator. I write as if my life depended on it, no day (a day? More than a minute!) Without internet and I bored my friends into endlessly with Twitter & co. Besides writing, I have a passion for cooking and I am a sucker for all things culinary things to do. I am happy cooking crowded stores, long night can do about making the perfect poached egg and devour the culinary magazines like Vogue are. On January 1, 2011, I have traded for a journalism modepen pencil (at NU. com) and I take for Vrouwonline. nl the ladle in hand. I like to tell you about my culinary excesses - and failures - and I will keep you informed about the latest news and trends in country cooking. When I'm in my high school during physical education classes (which I generally really liked) was told that we had to go running, my heart sunk directly into the shoes though. I had no shape and breathed wrong: a fatal combination. I have several classes hyperventilating into a plastic bag . . . .
